At World Tree Photography, we strive to make transactions pleasant for everyone involved. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we recommend that you briefly read our store policies as outlined below before making a purchase.
We prefer PayPal, which allows you to pay securely via your bank account or credit/debit card without revealing your financial information to us. PayPal accounts are free and available to anyone with a checking account. We also accept money orders. To order, send us an email with the following information for each photo you want:
After we receive your email, we will contact you with the exact cost of your order (including shipping) along with instructions on how to pay via either PayPal or money order.
We currently ship only within the US, using USPS First Class mail. For shipping options and costs, please refer to our pricing page. We ship within five business days after receiving payment, but please note that orders with matting and framing and-or prints 11”x14” and larger may take a few more days to ship because they are custom-printed for each order.
Delivery confirmation and insurance are available for an additional cost. We carefully package all our photos with double cardboard backing because we want our photos to arrive safely as much as you do. But mailing accidents do happen, and therefore we encourage you to purchase insurance for your photos.
We prefer shipping to confirmed PayPal addresses. Any shipment to an unconfirmed address is at your risk.
We check all of our photos carefully for defects before shipping them out. If we make an order error (i.e., wrong photo(s) or quantity), we will send you your correct order at no additional charge. If you notice an order error, please notify us within a week of receiving the item. With the exception of order errors, we do not accept order returns or exchanges for any reason.
